We Finally Have The Internet!

I am so happy that we now have the internet! Now I can load up pics like this one of Daisy:

So now with this new found technology that has, finally, reached the Shiflett home. I will be able to be on here more often. With the exception of doing tablescapes because the table is currently being used as a computer desk.

My First Blog!

This is my first blog so I hope I'm doing this right.
Just a small introduction about myself. My name is Tara Shiflett. I just got married to the love of my life, Mike. Currently, we have no children, but are hoping for some in the near future. We do on the other hand consider our cat, Daisy, as our baby. You will hear more about her as time goes on. I was introduced to the blogging world by my mother. She is "Life On The Edge". Formally known as, "Life On Bonnie Lane". I'm sure she will be helping me learn all about how to do my blogs.
I am currently enrolled in college for the spring semester for Early Childhood Education. I want to carry on my family legecy as teachers. I was also, recently, promoted at my job in fast food to a shift manager. I start that in one week.
But for now I'd like to invite all of you to join me in my life's journey as it takes me and my beloved family into the future. So welcome to my wonderful life!
